WHEN LESS LETHAL ACTIONS HAVE DEADLY RESULTS

In our experience, perhaps the most difficult cases to defend – whether in civil or criminal courts or in the media – is the death of a subject resulting from the application of less lethal force. This year, the Force Forum will dive into the law, science, and medicine regarding intent versus outcomes and explore strategies to defend these incredibly complex cases. We will also, as always, provide an insight into the toll these cases take on LEOs, agencies, and the lawyers who defend them.

This training is for sworn Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement UOF Instructors, Law Enforcement Administrators, and Attorneys representing Law Enforcement ONLY. The training is presented at the Executive / Management level.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

General LE training blocks addressing a variety of topics around the use of force and defending the use of force. We have 17 hours of GA POST approval and are seeking approval by GACP for Georgia Chief Executive credit.
